Hello,

I tried to log into my account this morning, and I received a message stating that my account had been banned. The code was 045, and it stated that I had been banned due to using bots or third party programs. This is a mistake. I have played Guild Wars for 3 years every day since purchasing it averaging 8 hours per day. I do not use bots or third party programs because they take away from the essence of the game. I am not sure what has happened, but I know that a mistake has been made.

Can someone please contact me and let me know what has happened and when my account can be re-activated?

Hello,

First off, get your real name and account name out of the post. It's possible with those two bits on info as well as a character name that a hacker could contact Anet pretending to be you and request account details (telling them they've forgotten them).

Secondly, why are you posting this? We are not Anet, we do not belong to any support team. We can't help you. If Anet/NCSoft refuse to help, perhaps try contacting Gaile. I hear that sometimes helps if support don't.
